Holly was educated at Texas Woman's University in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations, Baylor University in Museum Studies and Near Eastern Archaeology, and has a Masters of Library Science from TWU. She has spent 20+ years in the nonprofit sector as a curator, historian, grant writer, marketing liaison, programming librarian/historian, volunteer coordinator, event planner, and community outreach liaison. Her current role combines all this experience for the benefit of the residents of the Town of Highland Park, as she is over social media and assists the PIO with public relations. She is also involved in event planning and assisting Park Services.
