Similarly, during her time with the City of South Fulton, Jacqueline was instrumental in building the Public Affairs Department from a vision into a fully functional and impactful team. As the Managing Director of Creative Reign Solutions, LLC, Jacqueline specialized in offering strategic communications consulting to small and mid-sized cities and municipalities.
