Loveland Pulse Communications and Marketing Manager Lindsey Johansen brings over a decade of public communication and municipal utility program development experience to the table. Among many other programs, including the development of the City’s Municipal Water Efficiency Plan and several community solar projects, Ms. Johansen’s nationally recognized, award-winning citizens’ outreach and education initiative was instrumental in bringing municipal broadband to life. Passionate about public service, and with deep understanding of the community and the locally-owned utilities’ processes and procedures, Lindsey now drives the communications, marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience initiatives of the City of Loveland’s 100% fiber-optic, community-owned broadband utility as it rolls out to serve its citizens.
