Pamela Solomon is currently the Assistant Director of Communications for the City of Weston, Florida. She previously led the City of North Miami, Florida’s communications and media relations efforts from 2002 until joining Weston’s team in 2015. She became a member of 3CMA instantly her first day as the City PIO thanks to the magic of agency membership and a supportive City Manager who understood the value of the organization. 

Her 25+ year career in local government began in Parks and Recreation -- proof that #ItStartsInParks. Her experience as a young Parks professional inspired her to incorporate ways to mentor students and young professionals throughout her career. Pam earned her BA in International Relations from Florida International University and her MA in Communications from Barry University. On a personal note, she loves being a sports fan, a “Disney adult”, and (her favorite) the biggest cheerleader of her college-aged children.
