Meet me Santino Morgan – the tech wizard behind the scenes as the webmaster for the City of Riviera Beach. Originally from the vibrant streets of Miami, Florida, Santino is a proud husband, father, and the kind of guy who can never say no to a good meal (or three). When he’s not making sure the city's website is running smoother than a fresh batch of ceviche, he’s behind the camera capturing life through the lens, fueled by his love for photography, videography, and all things artsy.

Outside of work, Santino is a self-proclaimed foodie who’s always hunting for the next great dish (preferably one he can eat while traveling). Whether he’s wandering through a new city or chasing sunsets, family time is never far behind. Santino’s motto? "Life’s too short for bad food, bad photos, or bad company." He’s here to capture the good stuff, one click (or bite) at a time.
